I led the Shelter Products Project Management team in planning, executing, and controlling this major software development project. As Lead Systems Analyst, I became the Project Manger, tasked with the job of creating a complex project that would manage major core business processes in a distributed environment.  I oversaw the project, beginning with the project charter, through to the delivered and implemented product. Activities included documentation, resource procurement, team development, and managing stakeholder expectations. Scope creep was a risk that, while anticipated, required considerable monitoring and control. Project was successfully deployed and has proven to be a robust, scalable supply chain and inventory solution that gives this national lumber trading organization a major competitive edge.
