I developed and managed a plan to replace the Timekeeping, Payroll, and HR software for the Corvallis Clinic with a new, unified system. Identified and developed the project team, created project documents, collected and communicated requirements, held regular update meetings, and worked to manage stakeholder expectations. Implemented the selected products with a minimum of interruption to the organization’s ongoing operations through attention to the monitor & control process.
The final phase was a sub-project, training around 500 users. The project was successfully executed, and among other benefits, gave the finance and HR departments much improved visibility into the current status of their respective areas of responsibility. In addition, the software empowered department managers with the information and ability to make “just in time” decisions regarding their staff.
